How it works

The website enables Employers and Pensioners to communicate directly as it keeps the recruiter in a full control of the hiring while pensioners can create their own electronic biography and publish it securely on the site. The portal also includes an integrated system that automates the process of interviews and recruitment, making it easier for the operators to shorten the time and procedures. It also provides a mechanism for issuing quantitative and qualitative reports to users.
