May 2025 pension payments to be disbursed on Tuesday 27th with an increase of AED52.8 million compared to last year
Abu Dhabi, 23rd May 2025 – This month’s due pension payments will be disbursed on Tuesday 27th May 2025 with a total amount of AED 831,363,259.82 which is an evident increase of AED 52,814,510 compared to May of last year, when pensions amounted to AED 778,548,749.06.
A total number of 49,910 pensioners and beneficiaries will benefit from pension disbursements this month with an increase of 1,760 eligible customers compared to the same month last year with a recorded number of 48,150 customers receiving their pension payments.
Pension payments are disbursed to civilians subject to the laws implemented by the General Pension and Social Security Authority (GPSSA), as well as eligible pensioners and beneficiaries whose files are managed by the GPSSA on behalf of the Ministry of Finance and in accordance with the pension laws by which they are subject to.
