About Description
A beneficiary is someone who is entitled to a share in the pension of a deceased member, specifically an Insured or Pensioner. Beneficiaries must be registered as the deceased's dependent in GPSSA. Entitled beneficiaries can be husband, wife, son, daughter, grandchild, sibling, mother or father. The pension is divided between the entitled parties in accordance to the present Law.
