A service request to de-register and/or remove an employer/entity from GPSSA's register.
A service request to de-register and/or remove an employer/entity from GPSSA's register.
This service is used to notify GPSSA that the employer/entity is closing, and to provide details related to the closure in order to be de-registered (not registered anymore) with the GPSSA. Once approved, any authorized representative(s) associated with the employer/entity will no longer be able to access GPSSA's online services.
Through the Employer Portal: Select the 'Start Service'
Complete service request form and attach mandatory document(s)
Review and agree to the 'Terms and Conditions' and submit service request to the GPSSA for review/approval
Receive GPSSA's response to the service request
