Cancel Merge / Purchase Service Payments
A service request to cancel a remaining payment(s) due to GPSSA that is linked to an approved merge or purchase service period request.
Using this service, request to cancel a remaining payment(s) that is due to GPSSA for a merge or purchase service period request that you submitted and that has been approved by GPSSA.
Through the Member Portal: Select 'Start Service'
Complete service request form and provide reason for cancellation
Submit service request to GPSSA
Receive confirmation from GPSSA that the service request has been processed successfully
