The service enables customers to register an agent on behalf of a registered member of the Authority, enabling management of information and service requests on behalf of the registered member..

The process

Log on to the Ma'ashi platform and apply for the service "Agent Enrollment"

Proactive tips - before applying for the service

  • The Member (Pensioner / Insured / Beneficiary) must be pre-registered with the General Pension and Social Security Authority (GPSSA).
  • The Member may delegate one or more agents in accordance with the approved regulations.
  • The Power of Attorney (PoA) must be issued by the Notary Public or the Competent Judicial Authority within the country.
  • Ensure the accuracy of the data contained within the Power of Attorney.
  • It is advised to update the data of the agent and the customer in the Unified Login System (UAEPASS).
  • The names in the Power of Attorney must match those stated in the Emirates ID.
  • The Power of Attorney must include the ID numbers and the dates of issue and expiry.

Proactive Tips – After Applying for the Service

  • The status of the request can be tracked via the Ma'ashi Digital Platform to ascertain if it has been approved or if any unsubmitted documents are required.
  • A notification will be sent via email upon the approval of the request or if there is a need to submit additional documents.
  • Following the acceptance of the request, ensure the agent's data is added to the customer's account with the Authority.
  • The agent will be able to manage requests and services on behalf of the principal electronically.
  • The Power of Attorney (POA) must be renewed before its expiry date.
  • In the event of the expiry or cancellation of the Power of Attorney (POA), the Authority must be immediately notified to update the data and cancel the agent's authorizations.
  • Ensure the agent's phone number and email address are updated to receive alerts and notifications related to the file.
