- The person requesting registration as a beneficiary of the deceased pensioner or insured individual must prove to be one of the heirs (wife, husband, daughter, son, granddaughter, grandson, sister, brother, mother or father).
- In the event that there is an agent, guardian or caretaker, he/she must register to the Authority’s services as an agent, guardian or caretaker.

This service allows a beneficiary to register upon the decease of a pensioner or insured individual, with the aim of receiving a share of the pension or entitlement benefits in accordance to the provisions of GPSSA's federal pension law .
The process
Register via the Ma'ashi platform and apply for the service “Beneficiary Registration”.
Use the Unified Login System (UAEPASS) if you are already registered, or register a new account if you are not.
Submit the service request.
