- The person requesting registration as a beneficiary of the deceased pensioner or insured individual must prove to be one of the heirs (wife, husband, daughter, son, granddaughter, grandson, sister, brother, mother or father).
- In the event that there is an agent, guardian or caretaker, he/she must register to the Authority’s services as an agent, guardian or caretaker.

This service enables eligible individuals to apply for registration as beneficiaries in the event of the death of a pensioner or an insured , to receive their share of the pension or financial entitlements in accordance with the Federal Pensions Law implemented by the GPSSA.
The process
Register and log in to the “Maashi” platform using the UAE Pass .
Select the service from the service list, fill in the required fields, attach the necessary documents, and submit the request for review and approval.
