Benefit Exchange - Inward
This service request is used for Emirati employees who were previously employed in an organization covered by a pension authority and/or fund scheme other than the GPSSA (example: Abu Dhabi Pension Fund).
Through the employer portal: Employer/entity: Select the 'Start Service'
Employer/entity: Complete the service request form and attach mandatory document(s)
Employer/entity: Forward the service request form to the insured individual for review and approval
Insured: Review and approve information submitted by employer, agree to the ‘Terms and Conditions’ and submit service request for GPSSA’s final review and confirmation
Receive GPSSA's response to the service request
Prerequisites
- An employer/entity requesting this service must be registered and have an account on GPSSA's ‘Employer Portal’.
- The insured individual to which the service request relates to must:
- Be registered and have an account on GPSSA's ‘Member Portal’
- Have an up-to-date profile on GPSSA's ‘Member Portal’
- Any payment(s) due from the pension authority/fund and/or from the insured’s new employer/entity, if applicable, must be received and approved by the GPSSA
