Benefit Exchange - Inward

This service request is used for Emirati employees who were previously employed in an organization covered by a pension authority and/or fund scheme other than the GPSSA (example: Abu Dhabi Pension Fund).

The process

Log in to the Maashi platform on the website and apply for the “Benefit Exchange - Inward” service.

Log in using the Unified Login System (UAEPASS) if you are registered, or register a new account if you are not

Submit the service request

Prerequisites

  • The employer requesting the service must be registered and have an account on the Ma'ashi platform
  • Any payment(s) due from another pension fund/authority or from the insured’s new employer (if any) must be received by the GPSSA for the benefit exchange request to be approved

Proactive tips - before applying for the service

  • Please ensure accurate and complete data entry, as failure to do so will result in a delay in the approval of the request.
  • The previous service period shall be calculated as part of the new contribution period in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Law upon completion of the payment.

Proactive Tips – After Applying for the Service

  • The status of the request can be tracked via the Ma'ashi Digital Platform to ascertain if it has been approved or if any unsubmitted documents are required.
  • A notification will be sent via email upon the approval of the request or if there is a need to submit additional documents.
  • Following the approval of the transfer, assurance must be made that the previous service period has been actually added to the employee's insurance record with the Authority.
  • The employer shall commence the settlement of monthly contributions for the employee from the date they commence their new employment, under the Authority's umbrella.
