Benefit Exchange - Outward

Using this service, request to register a UAE National employee who is currently working for an organization that is covered by GPSSA with another pension authority or fund (e.g., Abu Dhabi Pension Fund). 
 

Through the Employer Portal: Employer: Select 'Start Service'

Employer: Complete service request form and attach mandatory document(s)

Employer: Submit service request for an insured individual's review and approval

Insured: Review and approve information submitted by employer, review and agree to the Terms and Conditions, and submit service request for the GPSSA's review and approval

Receive the GPSSA's response to the service request

Prerequisites

> An employer requesting this service must be registered and have an account on the GPSSA's Employer Portal.

> The insured to which the service request relates to must: 
- Be registered and have an account on GPSSA's Member Portal
- Have an up-to-date profile on GPSSA's Member Portal

> Any payment(s) due from an insured’s employer and/or an insured must be settled with GPSSA so as not to impact an insured’s service period
