Employer Registration - Self Employed

This service allows individuals with free professions whose profession depends on themselves and who work in their own business, even if they seek the assistance of one or more persons such as a lawyer, doctor, accountant or someone similar to them, to register on the Ma'ashi platform as an insured person and benefit from the services provided by the Authority for insured persons.

The process

Register via the Ma'ashi platform and apply for the service "Self Employed Registration"

Log on using the Unified Login System (UAEPASS) if you are already registered, or register a new account if you are not

Submit the service request

Prerequisites

  • The self-employed person requesting this service must:
    • Not be registered with the Authority as an insured person
    • Not work for an employer subject to the laws of the General Pension and Social Security Authority
    • Be subject to the provisions of the laws applied by the General Pension and Social Security Authority
    • Be self-employed
    • Be a citizen of the United Arab Emirates
    • Not be less than 21 years old and not more than 55 years old at the time of registration
    • Not be retired
    • Must have previously registered as an employer - a self-employed person and have contributed with the Authority
