Proactive tips - before applying for the service
- The applicant must be an accredited legal guardian pursuant to a judicial decree issued by the competent court within the country.
- Informal letters will not be accepted in lieu of the official legal guardianship document.
- It is advised to update the data of the guardian and the beneficiary in the Unified Login System (UAEPASS).
- The document must be valid, not expired, or canceled.
Proactive Tips – After Applying for the Service
- The status of the request can be tracked via the Ma'ashi Digital Platform to ascertain if it has been approved or if any unsubmitted documents are required.
- A notification will be sent via email upon the approval of the request or if there is a need to submit additional documents.
- Following the approval of the request, the guardian is accredited in the system and granted authorization to manage services on behalf of the minor beneficiary.
- Should there be any change in legal status, such as the beneficiary reaching the age of 21, or a change of guardian by a judicial decision, the Authority must be immediately notified to update the data.
- If the guardianship document specifies a time period, it must be renewed and an updated copy provided to the Authority to avoid the suspension of services.
- The guardian is legally responsible for the accuracy of the information and requests submitted on behalf of the Beneficiary.
