Work Fitness Assessment

​This service allows the employer to submit work fitness requests that evaluate the health status of employees with the concerned medical committee working with the authority; GPSSA receives the requests and ensures that they meet necessary conditions for submission to the committee.

The process

Log on to the Ma'ashi platform and apply for the service "Workplace Fitness Assessment"

Use the Unified Login System (UAEPASS) if you are already registered, or register a new account if you are not

Submit the service request

Prerequisites

  • The insured person whose health fitness is to be assessed must be at work
  • He/she must be subject to the provisions of Federal Pension Law No. (7) of 1999 for pension and social security and its amendments, in addition to the provisions of Federal Pension Law No. (57) of 2023 for pension and social security and its amendments.

Proactive tips - before applying for the service

  • Please ensure accurate and complete data entry, as failure to do so will result in a delay in the approval of the request.
  • It must be ensured that the employee is still at work when the request is submitted, and that no decisions regarding termination of service have been issued against during that time.

Proactive Tips – After Applying for the Service

  • The status of the request can be tracked via the Ma'ashi Digital Platform to ascertain if it has been approved or if any unsubmitted documents are required.
  • A notification will be sent via email upon the approval of the request or if there is a need to submit additional documents.
  • Should the committee recommend the rehabilitation of the employee, their transfer to another position or termination of service, the recommendations within the specified period must be implemented by the employer.
