Generate Certificates

This service enables the customer to obtain accredited certificates from GPSSA for different purpose for the following persona:
-insured
-not insured
-customer does not have a pension
-retired
-beneficiary.

Through the Customer Happiness Centers: Visit the Customer Happiness Center.

Show the required documents.

Submission of the application by the Customer Happiness Officer.

Receive the certificate.

Through the website: Visit the services portal for retirees on the authority’s website.
Login through the following link Login
Choose the Certificates Generation Service.
Submit a service request.
Receive the electronic certificate.
Through the call center: Call GPSSA's toll-free number 80010.
Choosing - talking to the employee.
Request to issue a certificate to whom it may concern.
Receive the electronic certificate.

Member Portal Term and Condition

• Please read these terms and conditions carefully and thoroughly and make sure you understand and accept the same upon your access to or use of GPSSA’s Portal or Smart Application. Service Awareness Request

Using this service, employers may request the GPSSA to organize an awareness workshop in order to raise awareness and respond to inquiries regarding the UAE Pension Law and GPSSA's services.

Through the Employer Portal: Select the 'Start Service'
Complete the service request form and attach any supporting document(s), if applicable
Submit service request for GPSSA's review and approval
Receive GPSSA's response to the service request

Cancel Merge / Purchase Service Payments

Using this service, request to cancel a remaining payment(s) that is due to GPSSA for a merge or purchase service period request that you submitted and that has been approved by GPSSA.

Through the Member Portal: Select 'Start Service'

Complete service request form and provide reason for cancellation

Receive confirmation from GPSSA that the service request has been processed successfully

Merge Service Period - Civil

Using this service, request to combine one or more previous service period(s) with your current service period under an employer that is covered by GPSSA to improve your End of Service benefit.

Through the Member Portal: Select 'Start Service'

Complete service request form and confirm preferred payment mechanism and payment details

Submit service request for GPSSA's review and approval

Receive GPSSA's response to the service request

Shourak Payment

Insured individuals who opted for Shourak can request to release their end of service benefits before joining new employment. If Insured joins new employment then payment cannot be requested

To avail the Shourak payment: Insured logs in the portal and selects the “Shourak” service.

Insured selects the bank account from their profile where they wish to receive the payment.

In case the selected account is different from the one where the salary from the previous employer was received, a no liability document needs to be attached.

Insured the clicks on "Release Payment” button to submit the request.

GPSSA Admin reviews the request.

Beneficiary Registration

Using this service, request to register as a beneficiary for a pensioner or an insured member that has passed away, to start receiving a beneficiary pension salary and/or benefit which will be disbursed as per your eligibility, in line with the provision of the applicable Pension Law.

Through the Member Portal: Select 'Start Service'

Complete service request form and attach mandatory document(s) and optional documents if applicable

Review and agree to the Terms and Conditions, and submit service request for GPSSA approval.

Receive the GPSSA's response to the service request that has been placed

Report a Death

Using this service, report the passing of an individual that is registered with the GPSSA. Once the death is registered an end of service is processed in the event an insured passes away, any eligible family members can request to be registered as beneficiaries to start receiving a beneficiary pension or benefits.

Complete service request form and attach mandatory document(s) and optional documents if applicable

Submit service request

Receive the GPSSA's response to the service request that has been placed
