Employer DeRegistration

This service is used to notify GPSSA that the employer/entity is closing, and to provide details related to the closure in order to be de-registered (not registered anymore) with the GPSSA. Once approved, any authorized representative(s) associated with the employer/entity will no longer be able to access GPSSA's online services.

Through the Employer Portal: Select the 'Start Service'

Complete service request form and attach mandatory document(s)

Review and agree to the 'Terms and Conditions' and submit service request to the GPSSA for review/approval

Receive GPSSA's response to the service request

Workplace Fitness Assessment

​This service allows the employer to submit work fitness requests that evaluate the health status of employees with the concerned medical committee working with the authority; GPSSA receives the requests and ensures that they meet necessary conditions for submission to the committee.

Generate Certificates

This service enables the customer to obtain accredited certificates from GPSSA for different purpose for the following persona:
-insured
-not insured
-customer does not have a pension
-retired
-beneficiary.

Through the Customer Happiness Centers: Visit the Customer Happiness Center.

Show the required documents.

Submission of the application by the Customer Happiness Officer.

Receive the certificate.

Through the website: Visit the services portal for retirees on the authority’s website.
Login through the following link Login
Choose the Certificates Generation Service.
Submit a service request.
Receive the electronic certificate.
Through the call center: Call GPSSA's toll-free number 80010.
Choosing - talking to the employee.
Request to issue a certificate to whom it may concern.

Employer Registration - Self Employed

This service enables self-employed individuals to register with the GPSSA and access its services on the 'Employer Portal'.

Through the Employer Portal: Log into GPSSA’s ‘Employer Portal’

Select ‘Register as self-employed’

Select "Start Service"

Complete the service request form and attach mandatory document(s)

Review and agree to the ‘Terms and Conditions’ and submit a service request for GPSSA's review and approval

Receive GPSSA's response to the service request

Registration of an Insured

This service is set up to register Emirati employees working in your organization, in GPSSA’s system.
Employees registered with the GPSSA are recognized as insured individuals, who are eligible to receive their monthly contribution payments. This service also applies to Emiratis who have transferred from one employer/entity to another, where both entities are subject to the UAE Federal Law and covered by the GPSSA.
In such cases, the insured individual may choose to merge his/her previous employment period to the subsequent one.

Through the Employer Portal: Employer/entity: Select the 'Start Service'
Employer/entity: Complete the service request form and attach mandatory document(s) and mention the word “Transfer” where required as the reason under the end-of-service tile and attach mandatory document(s)
Employer/entity: Forward the service request form to the insured individual for review and approval
Insured: Review information submitted by employer, agree to the ‘Terms and Conditions’ and submit service request for your employer's final review and confirmation
Employer/entity: Review the information submitted by the insured individual one final time. Once certain of the accuracy in information, submit service request to the GPSSA
Receive GPSSA's response to the service request
