Pension Entitlement Update

The service aims to review, save and confirm the personal information of the pensioner and beneficiary and ensure that it is updated at all times, as well as to confirm the validity and legality of the continued disbursement of the retirement pension or the share due in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Pensions Law in by the GPSSA.

The process

Log on to the Ma'ashi platform by the pensioner, beneficiary, agent, guardian or caretaker

Select “View My Profile” under “Dashboard” from the bar at the top of the page

Review/update the sections that include the desired updates and attach the required document(s)

Select “Save Changes” in the updated section(s)

Review the data and all required sections

A notification appears that the data has been successfully submitted to the Authority for review

Click on “Submit” to submit the service request for review/approval by the GPSSA

Prerequisites

  • The individual requesting the service must be registered and have an account on the Maashi platform.

  • Documents depend on the change in eligibility status:
    • Case 1: Change in profile
      • Valid passport
      • Disability card for people of determination issued by the competent authority
      • Valid university registration letter for eligible males over 21 years
      • Academic record for the previous semester for eligible males over 21 years
    • Case 2: Change in financial details
      • International Bank Account Number (IBAN)
    • Case 3: Change in functional data
      • Employment contract
      • Certificate from other pension funds in the country
