Pension Entitlement Update

Using this service, review, maintain and confirm your personal information, ensuring it is up to date at all times, so that your eligibility to receive a monthly pension amount can be determined by the GPSSA, in line with the provisions of the applicable Pension Law.

Through the Member Portal:Scenario 1: Based on notification received from GPSSA

Receive email notification requesting the periodic Pension Entitlement Update process to be completed through the Member Portal

Login to GPSSA's Member Portal

Select 'View my profile' under 'Dashboard' from the ribbon at the top of the portal

Review / update applicable sections and attach mandatory document(s)

Select 'Save Changes' in each section

Review declaration statement and confirm that all required sections have been reviewed

Receive GPSSA's response

Scenario 2: Based on a change(s) in personal circumstance

Login to GPSSA's Member Portal

Select 'View my profile' under 'Dashboard' from the ribbon at the top of the portal

Review / update applicable sections and attach mandatory document(s)

Select 'Save Changes' in applicable section(s)

Receive GPSSA's response in the event a critical data field has been updated

Prerequisites

  • This service is relevant to a beneficiary, pensioner or someone who will become a pensioner upon reaching the age of 50.
