Workplace Injury Compensation

Using this service, report an injury to an insured individual that took place during a commute to or from the workplace or within the entity's workplace premises, and submit a compensation claim on behalf of an insured member that is registered with the GPSSA.

Through the Employer Portal: Select 'Start Service'

Complete service request form and attach mandatory document(s)

Submit service request for GPSSA's review and approval

Receive GPSSA's response to the service request

Prerequisites

> An employer requesting this service must be registered and have an account with the GPSSA. 

> The insured individual to which the services request relates must:
- Be an active insured individual registered with the GPSSA 
- Be employed by the employer that submitted the service request 
- Be registered and have an account in the GPSSA's Member Portal
- Be fit to work once he/she has recovered from the workplace injury that has been reported
