GPSSA upgrades its registration and integration services as part of the UAE governments #Services2.0 campaign
Abu Dhabi, 8th March 2024: In alignment with the UAE governments #Services2.0 campaign to provide a smooth and pleasant customer experience, the General Pension and Social Security Authority (GPSSA) has upgraded three of its pivotal services, including the registration process for employers, insured individuals and GCC citizens, who now have to undergo one step instead of three.
GPSSA canceled a number of service fields and the need to upload certain documents on its website in order to promote speed and convenience for its users, while upgrading services as per the Emirates Programme for Excellence in Government Services’ mission to achieve integration and efficiency in all types of client related services, while reducing the time it takes to complete a service by providing simplified, effective and fast solutions.
The GPSSA continuously looks at new ways by which services can be offered, thereby enhancing the overall happiness level of its customers, all in alignment with the UAE’s mission to provide top notch services to nationals, residents and tourists alike; thereby standing out as amongst the top five performing governments in the world, which is already being achieved through the innovative, unified and integrated digital services amongst all UAE-based federal and government authorities, one that caters to short and long term sustainable business plans in the nation, all in par with best global practices.
Employers and/or entities can complete the registration process through GPSSA’s website by reviewing the service card and updating explanatory videos that enable employers to complete transactions without delay.
GPSSA continues to upgrade its digital infrastructure and services in order to ensure the provision of a rich customer experience, one that is based on preference, need, simplicity, speed and effectiveness.
