What is the process to raise a complaint, suggestion, or inquiry?
To raise a complaint, suggestion, or inquiry request, follow these steps:
1. Go to the Help & Support page to raise a complaint, inquiry, or suggestions request.
2. Select Complaint, Suggestion, or Inquiry from Type of Request drop-down menu.
3. Select a category and sub-category.
4. Add an existing Case ID (if available)
5. Enter a description for the request.
6. Upload documents and their description (if relevant).
7. Click Submit.
