To report the death of an agent/caretaker/guardian through the member portal, follow these steps: 1. Choose Death of a member from the service page to create a request. 2. In the Create new request form, fill all the relevant information such as Emirates ID of the deceased, date of death, and so on. 3. Upload the death certificate. This is a mandatory document. 4. Click submit. A confirmation message will appear once the request is created.
