If an insured individual completes more than 35 years of service, the insured will be granted three-months’ salary for every additional year of service he/she completes as a reward.

Below is a hypothetical example of how to calculate pension for an insured individual with a service period of 38 years and a salary of Dh25,000:

The reward = 3 x Dh25,000 x 3 = Dh225,000 (in addition to the retirement pension).
