Within the framework of the Authority's keenness to
disseminate and communicate awareness messages to the public to raise the
awareness of insurance and to identify the benefits and privileges provided by
the Pensions Law, the Authority submits this questionnaire to the categories of
beneficiaries in order to evaluate the performance of the communications
channels and dealing with the complaints and quires.
