Access the Ma'ashi platform and apply for the service Issuing a "To Whom It May Concern" certificate
Use the Unified Login System (UAEPASS) if you are already registered, or register a new account if you are not

Proactive tips - before applying for the service
- Please be advised that all "To Whom It May Concern" certificates are valid for one month from the date of issue.
- We would also like to note that the pension certificate and beneficiaries' certificates are issued and sent automatically on a monthly basis to the email address registered with the GPSSA, without the need to submit a new request.
Proactive Tips – After Applying for the Service
- You can obtain the certificate through the List of Requests in the system, and download or send it at any time within one month from the date of issuance, as the certificate will remain available during this period only.
