This service enables employers to submit an end-of-service request for an insured individual registered with the General Pension and Social Security Authority and begin the process of receiving end-of-service benefits, whether a gratuity payment or a monthly pension, in accordance with the approved terms and conditions.
The process
Register and log in to the “Maashi” platform using the UAE Pass .
Select the service from the service list, fill in the required fields, attach the necessary documents, and submit the request for review and approval.
